Institut Karisma was founded in the year 2003 as a specialist Training Institute, registered with the Ministry of Human Resource and Ministry of Tourism Malaysia. Since then, we have evolved to become a full-fledged training centre offering a variety of specialised skills-based training courses that are geared towards meeting the market needs.

As Malaysia moves from a manufacturing-based economy to a service-based one, it is important that Malaysia continues to develop its human capital, particularly in the skills sector.
